Job Description
My client, a HK listed financial group is now looking for an outstanding talent:
Fund Administration Manager, Temp. (~50K)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with professional parties such as big4 accounting firms, legal advisors, banks for Fund administration
- Perform company secretarial tasks for Hong Kong and offshore companies (BVI and Cayman)
- Handle book keeping, prepare general ledger, monthly financial statements and regular group reporting
- Responsible for bank account opening, set up of complicated structure of special purpose vehicles, preparation of board resolutions and filing
- Coordinate with fund administrator and custodians
- Prepare capital call, distributions and calculation of carried interest
- Prepare annual fund audit and financial statements (including the special purpose vehicles)
- Monitor cash position of investment projects and overall liquidity of the Fund, handle payments
- Handle CRS, FATCA and Economic Substance notification and reporting
- Handle SFC FRR filing and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assist in special projects when needed
- Degree or above in Finance or related disciplines
- 5 years or above working experience in enquity funds administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, attentive to details and well-organized
- Good in English and Chinese
