Job Description

KYC Name search - Role x5


Client On-Boarding team's objective is to be the sole interface for new clients for standard sensitive accounts. The goal, for this team, is to ensure a global and consistent "first service" is rendered to the clients.

This team will be working around 3 main themes: Prioritization of on-boarding, Coordination of the whole process (Risk, Legal and Systems) and production of the Legal documentation and KYC (Collection, Completeness, Conformity and Analysis.

  • In charge of the regular review process for standard sensitive accounts
  • Work as "one team" to ensure a cutting edge on-boarding service to clients and work closely with major functions as well as FO/Markets.
  • Overall, through a dedicated on-boarding team and a single point of contact, the team is responsible for client satisfaction with respect to on-boarding.
  • To facilitate and provide a complete transversal on–boarding service to WM APAC.
  • Producing client risk assessments, client profiles, and due diligence analyses.
  • Providing feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate support functions and management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant banking experience
  • Bachelor's level degree or professional qualification
  • Strong understanding of account documentation, due diligence and local Anti-Money Laundering requirements
  • Understand the principles and be familiar with Wealth Management products and types of customers, preferred
  • Strong understanding of product suitability, investment documentation, SFC requirements, due diligence and local Anti-Money Laundering requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Good command in Mandarin is preferred
  • Excellent PC skills, especially in Excel. Knowledge of ACCESS and/or VBA is an advantage
  • Client-oriented and high adaptability to changing environment
  • Able to work under pressure and deal with unclear requests as well as a high volume of requests
  • Strong analytical, fundamental, and technical skills with awareness of operational risk. 

FATCA Project Team - Role x1
Be part of the Group FATCA/AEOI Project Team
  • Perform review according to internal and external policies/guidelines;
  • Participate and drive the various divisions within the Bank to meet FATCA/CRS project timeline
  • Attend to query/clarification related FATCA and CRS
  • Working with different divisions within the Bank including Operations and IT to develop and implement new operating procedures
  • Keeping abreast of developing legislation on FATCA, CRS and other initiatives of the Bank
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in FATCA and/or AEOI projects
  • Degree from a recognized university or professional qualification in law, accounting or related field
  • Self-starter who is able to prioritize and manage multiple work streams
  • Attention to Details and organized in systematic manners
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with computer and software packages including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (such as Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
