In this role, you will perform:

• Process personal loan applications and conduct credit approvals;
•  Handle inbound and outbound calls for loan application and customers’ enquiries;
•  Prepare reports with regard to the lending portfolio and credit policy;
•  Manage and monitor the insecure loan portfolio to ensure asset quality;
•  Liaise with various parties to consider various credit policy in product / project development processes;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University degree in finance or other business-related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banks or Finance with lending authority;
• With good phone manner and customer services mindset;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
