Position Description

Responsible for collateral management functions, maintain good relationship and knowledge of money market and financial market, provide liquidity to the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility (KRA’s)

• Be able to analyse and calculate margin requirements to mitigate credit risk and financial exposure. Perform data quality analysis to identify and resolve breaks to ensure accurate margin calculations;
• Responsible for security margining, corporate action, risk management, cash and collateral management, foreign exchange, etc.;
• Perform equity trading and securities financing, stock borrowing and lending, manage the collaterals by type of trades. Access the money market to create liquidity for the business group;
• Work with the client to develop a strategic roadmap of products, process and technology deliverables ;

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or above, major in Finance Accounting, Statistics or Economics;
• Practicing qualification required by the regulatory place;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SBL or cash and collateral management;
• Good sense of teamwork and professionalism, communication, expression, and logical analysis skills
• Able to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
• Able to work under pressure;
• Strong writing capabilities in English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word is required. Proficiency in Bloomberg or Capital IQ, or other data mining software is an asset
