Job duties and responsibilities:

• To take care centralized operation functions to deliver effective and quality office services to support high standard customer services and business activities.
• Liaise with external and internal parties to facilitate the end-to-end process. Ensure smooth operations including channel services, technical supports, premium collection, commission payment, policy renewal, policy administration and reporting, etc.
• Prepare presentation materials, conduct system demonstration and provide high-quality customer service to brokers including product enquiries, new applications, policy renewal and claims follow up.
• Prepare product brochure/leaflet and marketing materials for new products and promotion campaigns.
• Work with IT Team on new product launch and system enhancement.
• Monitor the customer service team subordinates, handle new applications and service enquiries received by Hotline and Email from individual customers and brokers.
• Resolve complex client problems, disputes and complaint in a professional manner. 

 Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; ability to speak in English and Putonghua.
• Excellent written manners in both English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently and be a team player.
• Detail-oriented and excellent time management with the ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive.
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Higher diploma degree or above.
• Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2.
• With 3 years experiences or above in Operation &/or Marketing role.
• With experience in insurance industry would be preferred.
• With Insurance agent license of general insurance would be preferred.
