Responsibilities

• Develop and manage securities business development plans, monitoring deliverables timelines to achieve group milestones.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to expand customer base and explore new business opportunities.
• Conduct research on securities products and introduce new fintech concepts.
• Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating cross-team activities to deliver performance against the departmental strategic plan.
• Provide training for relevant marketing strategies.
• Handle ad hoc projects and strategy formation.
• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1 regulated activities.
• Ensure all selling processes and activities are in compliance with the Company policies and all regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years or above of wealth management business experience with strong client base.
• Resourceful in networking with proven track record of business development.
• A solid track record in selling financial products.
• Degree holder with major in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin is a Must).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Independent, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
