A global blockchain technology company is now looking for an independent and meticulous legal advisor to join its team to support its operations around the world.

• Regional legal support for internal stakeholders.
• Lead the rapid development of licensing transactions and negotiation strategies, working with sales, finance, and senior management to drive internal approvals and submission of client proposals.
• Review, and negotiate transaction documents related to corporate issues.
• Provide legal advice, research on compliance risks across the group, and identify any potential risks in contractual commitments.
• Manage external consultant and company secretarial support and control legal costs.
• Assist with compliance with regulatory matters, such as complying with existing licenses.
• Receive reports from your colleagues, you will be responsible for overseeing and negotiating various commercial contracts.
• You will liaise with external legal counsel to manage specific legal issues in contracts and legal arrangements and to ensure that internal policies are properly implemented.
• Review and draft software license and service agreements to quickly resolve contractual issues in a manner that is reasonable to the company and customers.

What Do We Want?

• Successful candidates will be qualified attorneys with at least 5 years+ PQE,
• Come from a similar industry and have experience managing commercial contracts.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
