Responsibilities:

1.      Support daily operational duties of the funds, discretionary accounts and investment products (equities, fixed income, repo, private equity. etc);
2.      Reconcile the fund/accounts’ cash management, trade booking;
3.      Oversee unmatched trades for timely settlement and liaise with custodians to reconcile any trade matching issues;
4.      Oversee the funds’ financial audit and in conjunction with the fund’s auditors, tax consultant and fund administrator; maintaining accuracy and on-time fund valuation reconciliation & settlement;
5.      Work with external Advisor to ensure the respective regulatory guidelines;
6.      Work with the platform development to streamline the operational process of the firm’s products and assist in preparing and executing test cases and systems support.

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines, preferably with qualification in CPA and/or CFA;
2.      SFC type 9 representative qualification;
3.      At least 6 years hands on related operation experience in Asset Management 
4.      Sound knowledge in analyzing corporate, commercial bank or investment bank;
5.      Strong communication skills and proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
6.      Good analytical skills and able to handle large volumes of data;
7.      Good team player and able to adept in a fast-paced environment;
8.      Immediate Available is highly preferred.
