An exciting role opportunity to join a subsidiary of an alternative Marine cargo and property investment company. They are creating alternative investment opportunities into cargo ships and properties mainly and providing integrated services relating to such investments. Their main internal/external language for business is English and Japanese.

Exciting New Role for You

SVP/VPとして、日本・香港・シンガポールの不動産投資案件エクイティの共同投資家向け販売を担当いただきます。不動産投資案件のソーシング、共同投資家関係維持・開拓がメイン業務です。不動産投資案件のプレゼン、申請書作成に携わるので、流暢な日本語と英文の不動産投資契約書の読解・説明ができる高い英語能力が必須です。その他部門長・GMが指示する業務にフレキシブルに対応いただきます。

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experiences of Investor Relationship/Sales/Relationship Management in banking & finance industry or Property/Asset Management company
• Experience in Property Investment is highly advantage
• Proficient in English and Japanese language is must.  (Speaking and writing)
• Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) speaker is highly advantage
• Have knowledge/experiences in loan documentation / business contract is highly advantage
• Solid skills of Project Management/Coordination, Outgoing personality
