Company Profile

Our client is a well-known international bank offers a wide range of financial services for Consumers & Corporates including personal banking & wealth management.

Responsibilities 

• Provide customer-focused service to inbound call customers in IPOs applications, securities trading orders and handling banking service enquiries on other consumer banking products
• Ensure all business activities are in full compliance with both internal and external regulatory, controls standards and compliance requirements
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Post secondary or above, preferably degree holder in any disciplines
• Preferably with experience in call centre in banking or financial institutions, and good knowledge of banking, credit cards and investment products
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• HKSI 1 7 8 holder is an advantage

Rewards

The appointment will be offered with an attractive salary. The fringe benefit includes paid leaves, medical and dental insurance coverage, and the contribution of MPF. The incumbent will work under a five-day week schedule in a friendly and dynamic working environment.
