Job Responsibilities:

• Provide banking services toward UHNW/HNW private wealth management customers
• Provide marketing and training support to group staff;
• Provide customers with one-stop financial services, such as financial asset allocation recommendations, lead investment banking services, family office service, offshore trust needs understanding and planning services.
• Deepen and establish long-term customer relationships by determining customer needs for financial services, including but not limited to providing investment, insurance and other banking products and services;
• Plan and provide relevant and appropriate financial products and services to meet the needs of existing and potential customers;
• Cooperate with relevant departments and personnel inside and outside the group to initiate and implement the marketing strategy/plan of wealth management products/services;
• Achieve key performance indicators;
• Support cross-border business activities in the PWM field;
• Strictly comply with compliance requirements, ensure that product information is prepared for internal parties and comply with regulatory requirements and rules;
• Assist in system development and improvement projects of financial products/services;
• If necessary, instruct and train junior staff;
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities inside and outside the branch when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a university degree or above in business, major in finance or business related; pass HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 and IIQE Paper 1 and 3;
• At least 3 years of experience related to private banking/asset management sales, distribution sales experience will be an advantage;
• Have cross-border business experience, willingness and compliance awareness;
• Possess good teamwork spirit, interpersonal communication skills and understanding; able to be independent and able to complete work under pressure;
• Possess good analytical skills, and can have a comprehensive understanding of various wealth management products (including but not limited to stocks, public funds, private funds, fixed income products, structured products and insurance), as well as roadshows and training capabilities;
• Have the ability to establish, operate and maintain pipeline relationships with internal partners;
• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• CFA, CFP, FRM and other professional qualifications are preferred;
