In this role, you will

• monitor team sales growth, identify suitable recruits and provide updated training 
• capture financial needs with prompt follow up on analytically driven leads
• engage end to end customer service including needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfillment, and follows up
• manage individual insurance portfolio to ensure the highest rate of customer satisfaction and persistency
• establish effective working relationships with other teams in order to ensure a consistent approach and application of outstanding service standard
• build and maintain a positive team culture, through ensuring quality business referrals and referral skills among team members, and contributing to product knowledge and skills sharing
• Maintain high level of compliance guidelines and procedures

We are looking for:

• University degree holder and Have a minimum of  5 years working experience, preferably in sales and finance, less experienced will be considered as Financial Planning Officer 
• HKID holder 
• Being ambitious in developing your own career with independence
• Entrepreneurship, achievement orientation, initiative and customer services orientation
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation skills
• Immediately available preferred
