Job Descriptions

• Provide general administrative and operation support for Operation team
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth promotion and new product launch
• Communicate and work closely between stores, office, warehouse and external parties
• Assist in material sourcing and other buying functions for the team
• Assist in store opening, relocation, renovation, maintenance issues and any other ad hoc projects
• Assist in inventory management e.g., regular stock count, transfer and adjustment
• Assist in preparing and updating of weekly and monthly reports
• Conduct regular store visit as required
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 2 years or above in retail operation, relevant experience in beauty products will be an advantage
• A fast learner and be able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Proficiency in Windows applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and outlook)
• Immediate available is preferred
