Accountabilities

• Set the industry standards for professional and excellent customer service via delivery of product knowledge, selling skills and customer service training
• Coach and motivate field staff to ensure professional service and highest productivity is delivered
• Assist the Education Manager in planning and implementing the training curriculum
• Develop and update training materials according to sales and training needs
• Take part in product presentation for Marketing or PR Events
• Be a role model and maintain brand image personally in attitude, professionalism and grooming standard

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in training in beauty fields
• Solid experience in both classroom training and field coaching
• In-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends
• Strong business acumen, proactive, a passion for excellence
• Excellent presentation skills and communication skills with strong graphic sense and visual storytelling skill
• Proficient in video editing software including Premiere, Photoshop, iMovie, After Effects etc.
• Proficient in using the MS Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
• Good command in written and speaking English and Chinese
