Job Description

• Acting as the ambassador of Humansa flagship centre to promote our unique health & wellness services to premium clients, and providing them with a welcoming onboarding experience
• Performing concierge scheduling and assisting self-scheduling and closely interacting according to clients’ preferences
• Joining with multi-disciplinary health & wellness professionals to discuss client cases and devise personalized programs to help clients achieve their goals
• Monitoring clients’ progress and encouraging positive behavior changes to support and ensure their adherence of  the programs
• Building strong trust relationships with clients and ensuring high level of client satisfaction at all time
• Effectively balancing planned work while being highly responsive to both clients and internal healthcare team members 

Job Requirement

• Qualified dietitian or nutritionist or any relevant health & wellness background could be considered
• Minimum 3 years’ client servicing experience for premium health or wellness services
• Strong organizing and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer services, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and a team player
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
