 We are looking for a talent to:

• Greet customers, arrange reservations and handle complaints in a professional manner
• Answer customers’ enquiries on yoga programs and facilities
• Maintain administrative records and prepare reports
• Perform daily inspection and checking for all yoga equipment and facilities to ensure their functionalities
• Working Location: Jordan (3-min walk from MTR station)

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 1 year's working experience in customer service industry
• Familiarity with yoga industry will be an advantage
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills and can be a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
