Job Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors and radiographers to carry out daily medical routine
• Assist with medical reports according to instructions
• Follow bookings and enquires
• Provide training to CT assistants and Health Care assistant
• Report to the Centre Manager to maintain and upkeep the facilities according to demand and expectation;
• Carry out nursing duties not limited to blood-taking, injection, Cardiac services
• Answer patient’s inquiry on appointment booking, medical services or contract-related issues;
• Manage patient expectation. Handle complaints and execute improvement plan
• Any related assignment as assigned by Manager

 Requirements:

• Registered with Hong Kong Nursing Council with valid practicing certificate (EN)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin skills will be an advantage;
• Hands-on experience in Diagnostic Imaging Centre and/or medical clinics are highly preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
