• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the beauty salons to maximize sales and profits, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Provide all kinds of administrative supports to the Operation Department
• Prevent misconduct by checking and monitoring the daily operations
• Conduct regular shop visit to manage daily store operations
• Handle customer's complaint
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or above
• Experienced in Beauty industry & Salon Operations is highly preferred
• Knowledge in POS system is an advantage
• Mature, responsible, able to work independently and strong interpersonal communication skill
• Well organized, self-motivated as well as a good team player
