 Aveda - Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive (Wholesale)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales target and account receivable for Aveda wholesales channel;
• Maximize the sales through maintaining existing wholesale customers’ relationships and expanding account base by identifying new customers for new revenue generation;
• Regular customers visit to foster strong customer relationships and customers’ engagement to the brand’s activities;
• Handle customers’ enquiries and follow up sales orders as assigned;
• Maintain and analyze clients’ database for better segmenting and targeting; and
• Conduct market research and prepare sales reports to forecast the business trend and drive the sales.

YOU NEED TO BE...

• Post-Secondary Education
• 3 years+ B2B business development, wholesaling sales and account servicing experiences, preferably in hair products or beauty industry
• High sensitivity to market trends and customers’ needs
• Outgoing personality with good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and willing to take up challenges
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese & English, Mandarin is a definite added advantage
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
