Responsibilities:

•   Manage a number of mono-brand fragrance stores in top level shopping malls (IFC, K11 Musea, Harbour City) and department stores (LC, HN) in HK
•   Also oversee the brands’ presence in premium multi-brand retailers, e.g. Sephora
•   Drive sell-out and productivity
•   Ensure retail/ POS excellence
•   Manage, train and motivate sales/ beauty advisors
•   Strengthen relationships with mall / department store management
•   Work closely with marketing, VM team and principal in execution of ATL & BTL marketing activities
•   Assist in the preparation work for new stores opening
•   Provide input on competitor activities for management review and strategy development.
•   Be responsible for regular daily/ weekly/ monthly reports

Requirements:

•   Passionate in brands and beauty/ fragrance.
•   Minimum 6-10 years' relevant experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail in Hong Kong, ideally with one of the major global groups, e.g. L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, LVMH
•   Strong retail operation and execution skills, including management and motivation of sales associates/ beauty advisors are a must
•   Familiarity with ‘global group’ standard operating procedures and expectations
•   Deep networks in the industry in HK, ‘known to’ mall operators, beauty advisors etc
•   Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, happy to collaborate across departments
•   Good at communication, presentation & project management with strong business & numerical sense
•   Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
•   HK permanent resident
