•    Minimum 5 years retail experience with management level in Retail - beauty store
•    Strong experience in retail operations and management
•    Strong background in team leadership & people management
•    Good analytical and problem solving skills in retail business control
•    Excellent communications skills

Job Responsibilities

•    Coordinate regional teams, markets and production functions to implement commercial projects such as rebranding, cost saving and margin improvement

•    Interact with internal departments, Marketing, Merchandising Logistic team to effectively implement sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans at beauty store level

•    Implement people development plan, deliver training plan and motivate a team of frontline members in providing excellent consultant services to customers

•    Formulate, plan and execute sales strategies to maximize overall beauty store profitability

•    Establish sales analysis in order to maximize staff productivity and efficiency

•    Assist to prepare and maintain the retail operation budget in aspect of decoration, Evaluate possible location for new shop opening and manage process of opening the new stores to ensure compliance to planned timelines & budget promotion and inventory control
