Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of all POS including services, budget, targets, visual merchandising, inventory, store logistics and maintenance to achieve company objectives
• Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, operations profits and staff cost
• Ensure delivery of KPIs, sales targets and business plan including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures to meet company standard
• Responsible for the development of the operational talent pool by optimizing the skills of the existing team, succession planning will be in place to ensure key roles are filled and individual talent is recognized
• The continuous identification implementation of operational best practice through interaction with cross brand team. Highlighting further opportunities for services, workflow or system improvements
• Ensure smooth collaboration of all functional departments to achieve highest standard customer services and productivity
• Keep abreast with market intelligence & industry trends and able to translate business strategy into day to day delivery
• Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills
• Provide counselling, coaching and training. Develop team to demonstrate strong ownership and entrepreneurship

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Stable track record with at least 5 years management experience in Beauty / Retail Industry
• Presentable with good communication and leadership skills to work across different teams
• Customer-oriented, excel in store operation, service and sales management with excellent planning skills
• Sharp in observation and judgement, able to anticipate problems with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive mindset, strong in team building and motivation with effective communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
