Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Handle clients’ quotation or enquiries
- Monitor and follow up progress of testing project and all related events
- Coordinate between client and internal technical colleagues
- Assist CS Manager/ Sr. CS executive to execute sales project
- Proactively maintain good relationship with the customer
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with science discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in cosmetics, pharmacology or traditional Chinese medicines testing is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
