Ewell is a young and energetic Healthcare IT Solutions cooperation, located in Hong Kong Science Park, providing smart healthcare and IoT solutions in Hong Kong and China regions.

Our mission is to create the most effective and professional high-end healthcare IT solutions to the market. We aim to integrate our healthcare IT solutions by our research and innovate on the latest healthcare IT technologies, so as to improve workflow efficiency, increase patient engagement, enhance clinical and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

-Deliver training programs for all levels of medical staff, and conduct orientation to the new joiners.

-Identify training and development needs, designs, and develop various training programs

-Executive training strategies and plans that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives

-Coordinating with different departments on training arrangement and planning

- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by Management

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Public Health or related disciplines; 

-Interested in Healthcare and IT; 

-Customer oriented, self-motivated with positive attitude; 

-Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;

-Good in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin is preferable; 

-Fresh Graduates are welcome
