Job Description
FULL TIME
- Develop good relationship with new and existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve team and individual sales targets
- Handle new and existing customers’ bookings and requests
- Support and assist in daily operations, perform ad-hoc duties
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 1-year related experience in customer service sector
- Customer-oriented, outgoing and responsible team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented with positive attitude
- Multi-tasking and enjoy working in the energetic wellness environment
- Willing to work on shift duty/on flexi-hours
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- Basic technical proficiency with MS applications and Apple product
- Immediate available is preferred
