DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a local beauty salon, they provide skin, body, hair treatments to their customers. To cope with their business plan, they are now seeking for Assistant Brand Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive to join their office.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital marketing innovation to brand building purpose and to increase sales revenue effectively
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
• Manage and execute digital initiatives including websites, social media platforms, SEM, SEO and other interactive platform.
• Assist in formulating communication strategies for marketing campaigns
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns and conduct various analysis reports, market research and competitor analysis to formulate strategic initiatives that add value to influencer experience and performance as well as improve operational efficiency
• Prepare marketing materials and create posts/messages for service promotion and content marketing
• Perform related ad hoc projects assigned by management

 Job Requirements

• A university degree in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
• A minimum of three years of experience in brand management / digital marketing. Solid CRM strategy in beauty is advantage
• Candidate with more experience / qualification will be considered as an Assistant Brand Marketing Manager
• Hands-on skills in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, performance marketing, lead generation and social media
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-mined, good communication skills and able to work indecently under pressure
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) 
• Immediately available preferred
