- 編制培訓教材，講解理論，示範。
- 指導及提升同事技巧和過程從而令到客户满意。
- 統一療程流程、技術手勢及確保相關產品正確使用。
- 定期檢視及評估培訓效能，全面提升和確保員工的技巧素質。
- 製備相關問題專業對答FAQ。
- 相關證明文憑熟悉中醫經絡穴位
- 有教授課堂經驗及定制課程經驗。
- 優秀表達能力和溝通技巧。
- 有耐心地由淺入深的講解示範。
- 懂英文和良好中文書寫能力，熟悉中文輸入。
