Sales Manager/ Shop Manager
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience, experience in beauty or shop or hotel industry is highly preferred
• 具3年或以上零售管理經驗，曾從事美容/店舖/酒店行業優先
Key Responsibilities 職責
• Lead and supervise the store team in achieving sales target
• 帶領及激勵團隊完成銷售目標，並推動店舖營業額，匯報各店鋪營運狀況
• Oversee overall store operation, manpower and roster, and inventory management
• 負責監管店舖之日常運作、庫存量、成本控制、及人手規劃等
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a superior customer journey to maintain customer loyalty
• 了解顧客需要，以及建立穩固的顧客關係
• Provide training and coaching to subordinates to maintain a highly motivated and productive workforce
• 進行人力資源管理、有效工作分配、為店舖同事提供培訓及指導，監管及評估以提升團隊整體表現
• Have a keen business and market awareness, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and have excellent resource integration capabilities and business promotion capabilities
• 有敏銳的商業和市場意識，分析問題和解決問題的能力強，具有優秀的資源整合能力和業務推進能力
