Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic category plan to cope with company target and maximize market sales in Hong Kong 
• Execute all merchandising process, from sourcing, issuing orders, expediting order confirmation, pricing and monitoring sales performance
• Prepare various sales, product and inventory performance reports
• Monitor daily inventory, set up order forecast and implement daily replenishment to ensure sufficient stock level in stores
• Work closely with related departments on strategic sales planning and marketing activities in achieving sales objectives
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma holder or above in Merchandising or related discipline
• 5 years+ experience in sourcing and buying experience, preferably gained from retail industry in sizable companies
• With experience in Food / Grocery / Personal Care in HK market is a must
• Knowledge on food safety & quality and hygiene system is an advantage
• Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills; 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Responsible, initiative, able to work under pressure & meet tight deadline
