Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clinic front desk administrative duties.
• Answer patient inquiries & support appointment booking & handle registration & follow-up reports.
• Provide clinical support & assist doctors for the procedure of aesthetic medicine.
• Dispense medication with detail explanation to patients and inventory of medical supplies.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by doctor or clinic manager.

Requirements:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above.
• Clinic operation and aesthetic medicine experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years working experience is preferred.
• Assist doctor for the procedure of aesthetic medicine experience is preferred.
• Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Good customer service skills, responsible, self-motivated, and good interpersonal &communication skills.
• Basic I.T. knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications
