Job Description

  • Lead and monitor the development of strategies and initiatives in meeting the Project’s vision and mission;
  • Initiate and oversee the implementation of the project plans so as to meet the Project’s performance targets, outcomes and impact, and for sustainability of the project;
  • Oversee and monitor the budget, and to deploy resources effectively to meet the overall project objectives;
  • Direct the marketing strategies and proactively respond to the market change;
  • Develop networks with external and internal partners to maintain effective referrals and collaboration, leveraging HKSR’s brand and strengths in the delivery of efficient and effective service;
  • Liaise with government departments and ensure the fulfilment of the statutory requirement of the Project;
  • Report to the funder and the project steering committee

Requirements

  • Master degree holder in para-medical /social sciences/ related discipline;
  • Possession of the professional qualification of RSW / RPT / ROT or related discipline;
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in social services/health care setting which not less than 5 years in the management position;
  • Familiar with updated international and local rehabilitation trends and related knowledge and skills;
  • Strong in effective financial management and resource deployment;
  • Ability to motivate, empower and lead others, influence and engage multi-stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in written & spoken Chinese and English;
  • Strong in planning, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
