• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Delivery quality customer services by providing accurate and sufficient information to clients as well as drafting concise and informative replies when necessary.
• Provide sales activities support, in organizing sales materials, preparing prospect proposal review, merchandise give-away items,  turnover preparation, answering sales or client enquiries, etc.
• Maintain extensive accounts and client’s data for customer relationship management
• Keep up-to-date spending records, trace clients' billings, and prepare financial reports to clients.
• Assist in handling small scale corporate groups, social and internal event.
• Generate related reports for management.

• Self-motivated person is highly preferred
• Fresh-graduates are welcomed
• Knowledgeable in customer service industry
• Able to work independently
• Literate in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Good communication skills with spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
