Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve company's assigned sales target;
• Monitor and maintain good relationship with existing distributors and key accounts to maximize sales and profits;
• Proactively develop new distribution channels to ensure continuous business growth and expand market coverage;
• Perform sales analysis and gather market information for sales and marketing strategies' fomulation;
• Plan and execute both online and offline marketing strategies across different markets to achieve sales target;
• Monitor A&P expenditure & product budget;
• Manage internal designer & work closely with third parties for advertisements' production;
• Organize and support exhibitions, events & brand activities year-round
• Support ad-hoc projects and marketing activities as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree holder in Health Technology / Nutriology / Biology Chemistry / Marketing or related discipline;  candidate with science background is preferable
• At least 3-5 years' working experience in FMCG / Health Supplement / Skin Care Industry;
• Experience in brand management;
• Experience in digital marketing and social media marketing is a must with E-commerce knowledge preferable;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an asset);
• Creative, detail oriented, outgoing and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skill;
• Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skill, willing to learn;
• High sense of responsibility, mature and self-initiative;
• Excellent PC skills;
• Candidate with more relevant experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
