1) Sales Supervisor  / Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve company's assigned sales target;
• Lead the promoter team to achieve assigned sales target;
• Monitor and maintain good relationship with existing distributors and key accounts to maximize sales and profits;
• Supervise customer service / telesales to handle CS administrative duties;
• Proactively develop new distribution channels to ensure continuous business growth and extend market coverage;
• Perform sales analysis and gather market information for sales and marketing strategies' formulation;
• Work closely with marketing team for product launches and promotional activities;
• Work on assigned ad hoc projects, if needed.

Requirements

• A relevant academic or professional qualifications;
• 2 years or above sales experiences with proven track record preferably in health supplement, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail or FMCG industry;
• Experience in promoter and customer service management;
• Sales driven, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Basic PC knowledge with MS Word and Excel;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
• Immediately available is preferred.

 
Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team;
  
• Prepare sales analysis and inventory reports;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in business / marketing or related disciplines;
• 1 year working experience in FMCG / health supplement / skin care is preferred but not necessary;
• Responsible, detail-minded with good analytical skills;
• Able to work independently and effectively;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is preferred.
