We are looking for a talent to:

• Assist Project Manager and Design Team on Development works / A & A works
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for on-going projects
• Handle and check contractors’ payments and settle contractors’ claims & final accounts
• Prepare quotation document and internal office memo for development works and improvement works
• Help with some CAD drafting works and measuring floor areas for feasibility study and presentation
• Help with Quantity Surveyor and Design Team for tender preparation
• Monitor site progress & ensure the works performed in required standard and quality
• Carry out research and obtain quotation for project related items
• Handle payments and prepare project memos for approval

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Architecture, Building Surveying, Building Management or other related disciplines
• Membership of Professional Institute(s) is preferable, Registered Professional would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
