• Higher Dlploma or Degree in interior design / building construction
• 5 years experience in fit-out works & millwork (International Luxury Retail Shop / Chain Store)
• Prficient in computer applicationi

• Manage overall project lanning (retail store) - project planning, risk assessment, management
• Manage project to assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
• Independently to manage fit-out project and millwork (work with suppliers and factories in Hong Kong and China)
• Manage all project documentation such as design & specification, status reports, meeting minutes
• Lead of all contractors, consultants and external vendor
• Alble to travel (after covid) to china and overseas
