Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of project architects to oversee the management and delivery of large scale residential/ mixed used new build/ renovation projects. You will contribute to the successful outcome of the works by ensuring that all design and planning, government approvals, program scheduling and budgeting are in place.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Member of HKIA/RIBA
• Authorised Person is highly preferred
• At least 12 years’ experience in architectural design and project management
• Extensive knowledge of Hong Kong regulations and requirements
• Excellent relationship building, team management, presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
