Job Description
Yearfull Contracting Limited is looking for high caliber individuals with interior fitting out experience to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in interior fitting out projects
- Experienced in establishing Microsoft Project Program
- Familiar with contract particulars, scope of works, understanding
of drawings
- Able to lead and develop supervisors, coordinators and run jobs
independently
- Able to manage document control on all aspects
- Able to manage and coordinate multi trade subcontractors
- Able to manage the cost and submission of final accounts
- Able to manage client, consultant and main contractor
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Construction or relevant disciplines
- Fluency of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willingness to work in Macau will have preference
