Job Description
- Diploma holder or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience in property management
- Experience in building construction, maintenance, fire services or renovation projects preferred
- Holder of safety card
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Maintenance Officer
