About the Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive property management services for the Group's designated properties;
• Assist in handling complaints and inquiries from authorizers / tenants and residents / occupiers;
• Responsible for inventory control, tendering and liaise with marketing team;
• Responsible for internal administrative work and liaise with the suppliers / contractors;
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

What we are looking for:

• Degree or above in any disciplines, preferably in Property Management or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property management
• Independent with good communication skill and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Advance knowledge of Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing is essential
