Job Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers on complaints, queries, quality issues and other issues / concerns.
• Perform investigation and coordinate generation of corrective actions including its report (CAR) to customer.
• Perform customer specification review. Work with the customer on the spec problem for smooth compliance.
• Perform courtesy visit or quality / technical meeting with the customer.
• Responsible in Quality system improvement.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering related discipline;
• At least 3 years related working experience in semiconductor manufacturing;
• Experience in Leadframe manufacturing or semi-conductor factory focus on Quality functions especially.
• Knowledge in ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949 is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred;
