Duties:
-        Assist Project Director / Contract Manager to handle pre- & post-tendering processes and/or contract administration works including pre-tender estimation, post-tender contract commercial works;
-        Prepare payment application, VO estimation and submission to the client;
-        Evaluate subcontractors’ variation works and payments;
-        Negotiate with clients/subcontractors for final account settlement;
-        Responsible for post-contract QS works;
-        Assist in variation submission, assessment and the settlement of final account;
-        Handle contractual claims & dispute resolution;
-        Coordinate with the Project Management Team to handle contractual related issues

Requirements:
-        Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
-        Initiative, Independent, Responsible and Hard-working, can handle tender process, sub-letting contract and purchasing contract independently;
-        Practical tender process experience in massive fitting out projects would be an advantage
-        Experience in curtain wall or aluminium work is highly preferrable
-        Fresh graduate or Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
-        Good knowledge of contract administration, coordination, reporting and correspondence;
-        Good command of both in written and spoken English and Chinese; and Strong negotiating skill
-        Immediate available is preferred
