Our client is a global forwarding company, the airport services management team is looking for Project Engineering Manager.   

The successful candidate will be :-

Report to Operation Director, you will need to lead the evaluation of existing work practices and promote the best identified to move the company towards a more standardized, automated and efficient operation.

To developing and maintain the Airport Warehouse productivity & manpower models, establish productivity targets for operations and quantify all identifiable variation, manning and productivity aspects are taken into consideration for both existing and newly launched projects.

Responsible for Airport Warehouse handling direct & indirect activities, take lead in evaluation and forecasting for developing short term & long-term strategies in bridging handing capacity gaps and major capacity enhancement project from feasibility study, project initialization, internal budgetary approval to set up of deployment team.

Requirements and qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Business Operation Management will be an advantage
• Around 10 years of experience in Engineering, with experience in leading Engineering projects
• Good experience in work methods, work rate, measurement and implementation of productivity improvement changes
• Good analytical skills, data processing skills and can demonstrate sound judgment
• Good interpersonal & influencing skills, able to facilitate discussion during workshop or brainstorming session
• Excellent experience in facility sizing, facility planning and capacity management
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD or equivalent tools is a MUST
• Excellent communicate effectively with all work levels, both in English & Cantonese
