• Higher Diploma / Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years working experiences and knowledge in electrical and HVAC systems.
• Experience with air-conditioning coordination will be considered as first priority.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Management of Building services’ related works of government or private projects.
• Coordinate and plan the projects time, cost and performance targets.
• Track project progress and financial analysis of project.
• Undertaking other areas of project management do may be required.
• Visit site regularly to oversee & manage works on site in conjunction with the consultants and contractors.
