工作職責：

•  負責監督甲級商業大廈日常維修及保養工作
•  負責帶領外判承辦商進行維護及定期檢查
•  處理緊急故障維修以及客户單位內的設備檢查
•  協助外判承辦商之工程, 包括單位還原工程以及改善工作
• 六天工作
• 每天工作9小時
• 日班及中班輪班
• 月薪$26,000

工作要求：

• 中三程度; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文;
• 持有電工A牌
• 須具有3年或以上設備維修經驗
