Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture Design
• Registered Architect with minimum 3 years' post-qualification relevant experience
• Hand-on experience in architectural design, detailing, project and contract management
• Familiar with local regulations, procedures, standards and codes of practice
• Proactive and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Good communication skills and proficient in written English and Chinese
• Secondment to client’s office (a leading utility company in Hong Kong)
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Retired Professional is also welcome

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for architectural, planning and interior design projects, including feasibility study, schematic and detailed design works, planning, liaison and coordination with Project Manager, Site Team and external consultants, etc
• Undertake in-house design, develop specifications and conduct research on technical matters
• Assist to develop design and construction standards for architectural finishes and components
• Provide advice on matters relating to building, land and planning issues
