Job Description
Our client is a grobal leading construction material supplier and is looking for Sales Manager to manage existing accounts and to explore new business. You will be responsible for business development, key account management and managing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage exisiting account and explore new client base
- Lead the team to achieve sales target
- Identify and develop construction projects in Hong Kong & Macau markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing contractor clients.
- Initiate and implement business plans to meet sales and profit targets in alignment with the company's strategic plan
Requirements
- Degree Holder with 5 years sales management experience in construction related products
- Civil projects exposure is an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proactive, all-rounded and flexible with strong communication and leadership skills
