Position 1: Facade Project Coordinator (Upto HK$40k)
Position 2: Facade Site Supervisor (Upto HK$35k)

Package Information: 14 Months Guaranteed (Very Competitive Basic), Dental insurance, Double pay,  Life insurance, Medical insurance, Overtime pay, Performance bonus, Transportation allowance, Travel allowance, 18 Days Leave

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate building construction with consultants and sub-contractors
• Attend regular meetings with contractors and client to manage projects according to consultant’s scope of works
• Ensuring all site duties are effectively carried out on a daily basis
• Managing all technical issues through the installation period inclusive of technical reviews, site installation issues and value engineering as and when required
• Overseeing site programme and advising client of overruns and programme issues
• Overseeing site works and installation to ensure compliance with specification and code requirements

• At least 3 years Façade specific technical background site experience in Building construction projects
• Solid experience in site coordination, supervision and submissions.
• Must have proven experience in Unitized Curtainwall, Aluminium work and as well in Building Cladding projects
• Fluency in English, Cantonese both written and spoken will be an advantage
