Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in fire services project execution & tender estimation
• Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others
• Supervise subcontractor performance
• Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for new projects or A&A works

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Fire Services Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of proven experience in project execution
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  
• Proficient in PC application, MS Office, AutoCAD
• With knowledge in using BIM software application is an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
