A leading lighting design consultancy whose work spans across multiple project typologies, is looking for a mid-level Lighting Designer to join their international team as part of their Hong Kong studio. Working across all stages of design, you will be competent and passionate about working across the project lifecycle, and you will also have the ability and confidence to helper the team delivery exceptional work across every stage. A true team player its also important you can work independently and can take initiative where needed. Projects will be across SE Asia and China and the scope of works covers both interior lighting and architectural lighting. You will be reporting to the Director of the HK business and will have hands on exposure to the rest of the global team.

Skills:

• Liaising and coordinating with Designers, Architects, and clients
• Preparing lighting design concepts, along with presentation material
• Managing client relationships, consultants and contractors  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Managing multiple projects across both design and delivery stages

Experience:

• Minimum 4-year work experience as a Lighting Designer, ideally in an international environment
• BA or MA in Architecture/ Lighting Design/ Related field
• Strong software skills in: Adobe Creative Suite, Dialux/Relux, AutoCAD
• Fluent in English
